- Review customer tech packs, specifications, and construction requirements.
- Analyze garment measurements and ensure compliance with buyer standards.
- Evaluate fit samples, proto samples, size sets, PP samples, and TOP samples.
- Coordinate with pattern makers, sample room, merchandising, and production teams.
- Monitor denim garment construction, stitching quality, and workmanship standards.
- Identify and resolve fit, measurement, and construction issues during development.
- Review wash developments, denim treatments, and finishing effects to meet customer requirements.
- Conduct risk assessments before bulk production and recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare technical comments and sample evaluation reports.
- Verify grading, measurement charts, and pattern accuracy.
- Ensure product consistency from development through bulk production.
- Support inline, pre-final, and final inspections to maintain quality standards.
- Monitor SPI, seam strength, bartack quality, rivet placement, and garment appearance.
- Work closely with QA and production teams to reduce defects and improve efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with buyer manuals, AQL standards, and quality requirements.
- Participate in customer meetings, fit sessions, and technical reviews.
