- Full pay / advance payment before the service starting/execute for first client.
- No extra charges for travelling and accommodation if the factory located within the city.
- No extra charges for the inspection planned on Saturday or Sunday.
- If any inspection/service requires more than 1 man-day to finish. You will be notified when booked the inspection.
- The inspection charges quote and man-day calculation based on:
- Shipment quantity
- Specification requirements
- Complexity of the product
- Item quantity
AQL (Acceptable Quality Level)
A certain proportion of defective will be always occurring in any of production or manufacturing process. If the defects percentage does not exceed the certain limit, it will be economical to allow the defectives to go through the shipments instead of resort the lot. This acceptable limit is called the “Acceptable Quality level”
American Military Standards know as MIL-STD-105A to 105E is acceptable worldwide for sample size. Normally for garments industry 105D or 105E are followed.
1.Special Inspection Level (S1, S2, S3, & S4)
2.General Inspection Level (I, II & III)
3.Various AQL levels are used for accepting or rejection the lots. Normally for Garment industry, the AQL level of 2.5, 4.0 and 6.5 are followed.
